This Privacy Policy explains how Reshapify ("we," "us") handles information in connection with our website and our product design and development service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

  • Project information — briefs, feedback, files, credentials, and other materials you share so we can do the work.
  • Billing details — processed by our payment provider; we receive limited information such as your billing name and the last digits of your card, not your full card number.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — such as pages viewed, referring links, browser type, and general location, gathered through our website analytics.
  • Interaction data — how you use our pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, including anonymized session recordings and heatmaps collected through Hotjar to help us improve the site.

By default it suppresses keystrokes in input fields, so the text you type is not captured, and we use it only to improve the site — never to identify you or to serve advertising. You can opt out at any time through Hotjar's opt-out page or by enabling your browser's "Do Not Track" setting, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We ask for your consent before Hotjar is loaded, and you can withdraw it at any time by declining the cookie prompt or clearing your cookies.

We share information only as needed to run the Service, including with:

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion as described below.
